This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and who helps us run the service. We do not share customer data for advertising.

What Sitepics does
Sitepics is a picture management cloud for business. Staff and contractors take or upload work photos so companies can use them across quoting, selling, servicing, and billing.
What we collect
User information: first name, last name, and email address. We use this to invite users to company accounts, reset passwords, send welcome and account emails, authenticate to the service, and record who took a photo.
Business information: company name, company ID, account contact name and email, and industry type. Company and contact details are used to structure your Sitepics account and, on a paid subscription, to bill and invoice you. Industry type may be used internally by Sitepics to decide where we spend our own advertising. It is never shared with third-party advertisers.
Photo and location data: Sitepics collects GPS location only for images users explicitly save. That location data is used to locate those photos. No other GPS data is logged or stored. GPS data, site address information, picture notes, and comments are encrypted on Sitepics servers.
How we use information
We collect the minimum information required to run your Sitepics account and to engage with the account holder as a business. We may contact you via the Sitepics service, email, phone, or the support form on our website.
We do not disclose or sell your personal or business information to third parties for any purpose other than delivering the Sitepics service. Sitepics is a paid service. We do not share customer data for advertising.
Where data lives, and who helps us run the service
The Sitepics application runs on Microsoft Azure, using the ISO 27001 security standard.
We use these third parties to deliver the service:

Photos
Photos remain the sole intellectual property of the company to which the image was originally uploaded. You can download your pictures from the web console and delete your account. We will never share or sell your pictures to third parties for advertising.
